Yank Y 1260 Floor Hinge – Max Load 180Kg
The floor hinge, also known as a concealed floor closer, hydraulic hinge, or soft-closing glass door hinge, is an essential component for controlling the motion of swing doors, particularly glass doors in commercial buildings.
Floor hinges are widely used for glass doors in Vietnam, especially in office buildings, shops, and various commercial spaces. With a compact design, these hinges use a piston and hydraulic oil system for lubrication and controlled motion.
Outstanding features include adjustable mechanisms for horizontal and vertical alignment, making installation easier for technicians.
The floor hinge offers two-speed closing: the initial closing speed and the final latch speed when the door is nearly closed.
Typically used for tempered glass doors in combination with floor hinge patch fittings, these hinges are also compatible with aluminum, steel, and wooden doors.
